When I started this company in 2003 I had a vacuum cleaner my grandmother had given me and a caddy full of cleaning supplies and a lot of know-how and determination. I did my first moveout cleaning when I was 14. I knew I could do this all by myself and run my own company. I hired my friends, my roommate, and only people I knew and could vouch for. They all loved the idea of working part time as contractors and not employees.
For residential service we offer regular maintenance cleaning of the home, one time detail cleanings of the home, move-in and move-out cleanings, and make ready for sale cleaning. We also offer post-construction residential cleaning.
For commercial cleaning we offer regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning pre-payable by monthly or annual contracts. We offer post-construction/remodel cleaning for small businesses as well as move-in/move-out cleaning.
Post construction cleaning is where we essentially vacuum every surface to remove as much dust as possible, then we wet clean, dry and buff all surfaces (besides walls), and vacuum and mop floors accordingly. When complete, your home or business is ready for you to move in.

Dust all areas including cobwebs in ceilings, recessed lights, mini blinds, and base trim (we will wipe down trim/baseboards if needed).
Vacuum all areas and mop all linoleum and hardwoods (for hardwoods we use Murphy’s or a vinegar and water mixture depending on the seal on the hardwoods, and we hand dry Pergo floors immediately after mopping).
Surface area wiping in kitchen. Outside and inside of cupboards vacuumed and wiped. Fingerprint wiping on all doorways and walls.
Bathrooms - everything scrubbed, wiped, mopped and sparkling.
Clean inside and outside refrigerators and inside and outside of ovens.
Additional services include: Fireplace cleaned, ceiling fans, interior windows and screens on windows. We honor special requests on a case by case basis.
We focus our commercial cleaning services on businesses with a footprint of up to 4,000 square feet.
The largest client we take care of is the maintenance of the West Seattle Food Bank. We take great pride in the work we do there and are thrilled to be working for an entity that does so much good in our West Seattle community.
